Bernadette Dardaine, MA
Even when you understand your struggles, it can still feel like you’re stuck in the same patterns- overwhelmed, frustrated, or unsure how to move forward. In therapy, we’ll work together to uncover what’s holding you back and strengthen the qualities that help you grow.
I specialize in supporting individuals facing addiction, depression, anxiety, and trauma. My style is compassionate, collaborative, and direct- I’ll move at your pace while keeping us focused on your goals. With a degree in biopsychology (psychological and brain science), master’s degree in clinical counseling, and three years of experience working in residential and outpatient addiction treatment, I bring both scientific insight and hands-on experience. I’ve worked with individuals navigating incarceration, homelessness, and other life challenges, providing an understanding in my therapy practice of how culture, environment, and community shape mental health.
Ready to get started? I have openings now and invite you to schedule a free consultation at a time that works for you.
